I led the redesign of Harpie’s Wallet 2FA, collaborating across teams and leading our newly hired product designer. This product is groundbreaking in the Web3 space, providing a seamless layer of security that protects valuable assets during transactions. Through user research, we identified pain points in setup and integration, addressing them with a quicker onboarding, beautiful new UI, and enhanced mobile experience.

This update resulted in a 45% increase in adoption within three months, with users praising its clarity and ease of use. It reflects my ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, deliver impactful solutions, and build trust through thoughtful design.
